Engr Charles A. Aladewolu

CEO, TECO Group

Charles A. Aladewolu has a B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos (Nigeria) in 1972 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. Engr. Aladewolu started his working career in African Timber and Plywood Industry, a Division of UAC PLC (Then United African Company Limited) between 1972-1976. During this period he served as workshop manager, Plymill engineer, sawmill engineer and rendered technical support to the Research Department for the development of particle board from saw dust, a product that is widely marketed today for furniture making and house decoration.

ENGR Aladewolu left UAC for R.T Briscoe Plc in 1976. He served as national sales engineer in the Projects Department and later became the Projects Manager of the company. Engr Aladewolu left R.T Briscoe in 1980 to start his own company called TECO Limited, a synonym for Total Engineering COncept. He became the Chairman /CEO of Teco Ltd in 1980, a position he still occupies till date.
He is a National Director of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International and a member of the Board of Trustees of Daystar Christian Centre.
Engr. Aladewolu is a member of New York Academy of Sciences, a Fellow of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, COREN Registered, a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, former chairman ULEC 69/72 (University of Lagos Engineering class 69/72) and he is a former Chairman of the Nigeria Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (2001-2007). He has over 46 years experience in engineering and business management. Charles A. Aladewolu is a motivational speaker at many Success Seminars.

Funmi Babatunde-Dada (FCCA)

Funmi is a finance and international tax specialist with more than 16 years’ experience working in industry and practice occupying both finance and tax roles in the UK and Nigeria. While leading teams in Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers,

she managed and delivered on a range of assignments for multinational clients across Africa and the UK in the manufacturing industry (including Fast Moving Consumer Goods), oil and gas industry, financial services industry, technology and telecommunications industry, as well as the marketing and services sectors. She has a strong ability to identify initiatives and facilitate action driven plans to support growth and objectives in TECO. She is a graduate of the University of Sheffield, UK and a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Mark Amuleya

Senior Project Manager, Oil & Gas Division

Mark has more than 22 years work experience in Electrical Power Management Solutions. He has successfully managed a range of Electrical projects for many companies in the Oil & Gas and Manufacturing Industries over the last 16 years.

He holds a HND in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Power and Machines Option and has undergone trainings with Eaton Hengelo on Electrical Switchgear assembly, testing and commissioning of (LV) Low Voltage and (MV) Medium Voltage systems. Mark is a very knowledgeable and reliable manager who has a strong determination to succeed. He is married with children.

Stephen Oluwajana

Head, Agro Processing Department

Oluwajana, Olusegun Stephen, who authors four books, graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka with a First Class Honours in Industrial Technical Education. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering in the upper bracket from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.

He has over 25 years of experience working in the industry managing teams and designing Mills. Besides his dynamic roles in the early years of his career in the Group, he has led in the design, fabrication and turnkey installation of four six-tonne FFB/HR Oil Palm Mills in the last one decade as well as a 10-tonne FFB/Hr Oil Pam Mill.

Executive Director

Aladewolu V. T is committed to helping entrepreneurs discover, develop and maximize their business potential in order to be the best in their chosen businesses. Armed with a Masters and a PhD Degree, V. T Aladewolu is the Executive Director of School for Business Success, Lagos.

V.T Aladewolu is an award winner and member of several registered professional and academic organizations in Nigeria. She has also published several articles in reputable academic journals and periodicals.

Adewale Adedayo

Project Lead, Power Distribution Solutions

Wale is a graduate of Electrical/Electronic Engineering. He attended Federal polytechnic Ado Ekiti and bagged his Post Graduate Diploma in Electrical Electronics Engineering at Federal University of Technology Akure. He has more than 15 years work experience in Electrical power management solutions such as Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) Switch gears and electrical panels (switch board), and Motor Control Centres.

Wale is a dedicated and results-driven Engineering Manager with a highly successful background in the achievement of profitable business growth through the creation and execution of successful strategic designs. He is experienced in earning customers’ loyalty and creating smooth relationship with those with leading brands in the competitive engineering industries, which has translated to quality service delivery and returns on regular basis. He has undergone various training in Engineering and HSE both in Nigeria and The Netherlands.
